Repair

Arcas Technology offers board level repair on your Cisco IP phones.  Phones will go through a trouble shooting procedure which helps to identify problems.  Damaged components will be replaced to manufacturer's specifications.  Broken displays and damaged plastics can be replaced.  Cisco's most common problem is the hook switch not working.  Internal components will be replaced with higher quality OEM replacement parts.

After repairing, the phone will be cleaned, individually boxed and new coil and patch cords will be included.  A one-year warranty will also be included with the repair service.

Once the defective item reaches Arcas we will repair and send back within 5-7 days.

Arcas also offers advance replacement repairs.  If you have a phone that goes down and you can't wait 5-7 days for the repair, Arcas will overnight you a replacement then fix your phone at our convenience and put into our stock.
