All of our products go through a multi-step refurbishing process. Phones are tested, cleaned and any broken or damaged plastics are replaced. Displays that are scratched or broken are replaced with new displays. New coil and patch cords are included with each phone.

Routers and switches are tested (including WIC and NM slots) to make sure they are sent to the customer in a like new condition. Rack ears, slot covers, console cables and power cords are included to make sure your equipment is complete and ready to be put in service when you receive it.
